Course primarily for those planning to take their 3* assesment on September 2nd. 

Suitable for those with skills at at least 2* level, some experience on the sea and the ability to roll a kayak on flat water. 

We'll cover the paddling and rescue skills from the 3* syllabus. It's likely that you'll need to do some practise outside the sessions unless you're already a skilled paddler. If there's interest, we can also cover the theory elements in the pub after the session.
