Duty rota

The responsibility for opening the Clubhouse is shared between all the club Keyholders. The duty rota details which dates have been assigned to each keyholder.

A Keyholder should make a note of the dates that they have been allocated. It is the responsibility of the keyholder to ensure that the club is opened on the dates they have been assigned. If the keyholder is unable to open the club on a specified date, then they should arrange for someone else to do so.

Summer 2010

Summer Saturday Opening is 2pm - 5 pm Summer Sunday Opening is 10 am until 12 pm Summer Mondays and Wednesdays Opening is 6 pm until 8 pm Please note that there are now 2 people on duty each Saturday.
