Racking spaces for private boats are allocated annually on the basis of need and level of participation in club activities. Applications can only be considered from club members who have paid their annual subscription. If your annual subscription has not been paid by 31st May you will forfeit your racking space.

  • Applications for racking spaces in 2020/2021 must be received by 9th April 2020. Please note that no applications will be considered after this date.
  • Applicants will be notified by 14th April 2020 if their application has been successful. Racking fees must then be paid by 31st May 2020. Any successful applicants who have not paid by this date will forfeit their racking space.
  • Racking allocations take effect from 15th April 2020 and expire on 1st April 2021. The changes in raking will be determined yearly. The club may move boats during the year to make the most efficient used of the club storage space.
  • All Private Boat that are not given a raking space for the year 2020 to 2021 should be removed soon after the 15th of April 2020. Please let the Quartermaster know if you are unable remove your boat This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • The club reserves the right to remove and dispose of any private boats stored in the clubhouse where a racking space has not been allocated or the required fee paid.
  • Only one racking space can be allocated per member.
  • Private Boats will be stored in the containers only the K2 that are too long for the containers will be stored in the club
  • Personal boats are NOT covered by the club insurance policy.
